The DKIM spec is quite clear that the reputation is based on d=, not the selector. So if you attempt to separate streams using s= it won't work. I encourage people to read the extensive discussion of this topic on the IETF DKIM list so we don't have to do it again here. Also, please keep in mind that the total budget at all receivers for solving senders' problems is $0. If you want them to accept your mail and manage it the way you want, send it the way the spec says to.
