Yes, that URL does work, but more often than not this error message is
generated incorrectly/falsely for a short time and others confirm the same.
=)

That error message provides three reasons:
- lack of whitelisting: our IPs have never been whitelisted, so no change
there.
- unexpected changes in volume: no indication of that
- poor IP reputation: possible, but no feedback from their FBL and don't
know our reputation.

It's interesting how they provide a link to check an IP's reputation, but
then all the IPs I try come back as "Undisclosed".  Not much help there. =)
