Hi,

For mail sent to several large providers, we are receiving non-delivery
messages at sender address instead of bounce address. This is obviously bad
from backscatter point of view and also hampers our ability to handle them
properly (the alias is human-monitored, so automated processing has to be
very delicate. also, these are widely detected as spam or as faked NDRs).

I would have asked for contact information to resolve it, but somehow I
suspect we're neither the first nor the last to encounter this, so maybe it
has been tried before and these providers have been insistent on not
changing their conduct. If anyone has any experience or info to share,
please do.

FWIW here are the providers large enough to make this a bit of a headache,
all the smaller ones not included...

naver.com - largest portal in korea.
qq.com - tencent_qq china, arguably the largest user community in the
world...
ezweb.ne.jp - KDD japan, a popular telco.
