You are speaking of all (Apple) iCloud-based Accounts, right (me.com, mac.com, 
icloud.com)? Possibly a glitch, but one I have not had in MacOS 15 Sequoia to 
date.

I was on 6276 for months through all Sequoia transitions (up to and including 
15.7 beta) and have not seen any of my 3 iCloud accounts affected. iCloud has 
had some issues in the interim though, so perhaps that’s related to what you 
saw?

BTW, I see that your PGP is recognized but not fully functional on your email. 
I get this error:
