Pursuant to Benny’s suggestion to use the “FileName” exists parameter I built a
Smart Mailbox to search that way showing all filtered Archived and Inbox mail
(so, across all source accounts). And added the FileName Extension filter (txt).

Adding to my list of convenient Smart Filters as a test.

It yields all attachment contained in the selected folders, as noted elsewhere
in this thread, it includes attachment tags that are not files (.txt,
typically).

I see a way to parse only “actual” (most?) attachments, to filter not text
blurbs or added “security tags” by careful definition. If all such unwanted
attachments were .txt and (or?) under 1KB, maybe those could additionally be
filtered out by extension (txt)?

Embedded html signatures or other embedded content are included. Is there a
filter available for those?

Less than 100% of what I’m looking for, so far. Seems like a bundle would
likewise have that same limitation. 75% useful, so far.

Respectfully,

Henry Seiden
