[MlMt] Can’t reorder accounts in the ‘Sources’ section anymore

I’ve previously been able to reorder my accounts into a preferred 
order by dragging them about under the `Sources` heading. However, I 
added a new account today and it’s stuck at the top of the list, and I 
can’t drag any of the accounts to reorder them. I’m on 6255, is this 
a bug in the current version or have I hit some sort of maximum (I now 
have 11 accounts)?
