Hi Bill, Thanks — exciting stuff, I don’t remember using that window before. I managed to add an item to the list (the other options to show a slider etc don’t seem to work though) and then restart MM, this gives me access to a 16pt setting.
However, it turns out that the use of 16 (or 18, for that matter) point font sizes in the message list looks rather odd. When I use 14pt, the text is centered vertically in the line, i.e. in the gray background, or the selection color background rectangle for the active message. For any size larger than 14pt, the text displays suddenly at the very top of the background color rectangle. For anything larger than 18pt things get even worse because the line heights are not sufficient to accommodate the text at all. I guess I’ll stick to 14pt for now. It is more or less large enough and I’m already getting used to it.
