Is this possible?
No. The application itself does not provide such a function.
You can manually use the 'defaults' program to dump a reloadable copy of
many settings, but that does not include all of the account & mailbox
settings (or passwords.) You can also copy the files in
~/Library/Application Support/MailMate/, excluding the Database and
Messages subdirectories, to get the configuration that MM manages
outside of the macOS preferences subsystem.
