I'll make a note of this. It could possibly be part of major changes to how 
mailbox column settings are handled. I will at least keep it in mind. As I've 
noted often (sorry), I consider mailbox settings store/restore/reuse to be both 
badly designed and in some cases buggy.

When this happens, you'll still have the “View > Columns > ...” menu available. 
You can use this to add a second column (and thereby get the header row back).
