Ouch! I don't normally upgrade using the test build archive and thought
it was something to do with the re-install of macOS because I've never
seen this before.
Anyhow, thanks for everyones response and feedback.

It's what you get for upgrading to a test release manually. 5958 is
later than the latest official "Test Build" seen by the update
machinery.
