The Show Identities list only includes a few of the various identities
that MailMate used to construct using my address patterns.
Also, MailMate used to change the identity (visible in the Bcc header
field of the composition window) when I entered/changed the To address,
using the identity I always send to and receive from that recipient.
This was extremely helpful. MailMate no longer does this.
