Thanks. I would hope this is an Outlook setting, but I can see that it
doesn't matter as long as your correspondents use this style.
I'm pretty sure this is the same issue as discussed in [this
ticket](https://freron.lighthouseapp.com/projects/58672/tickets/1371-customize-reply-header).
You can follow that to see if there is any progress on the subject in
the future.
