The "recentsd" daemon is part of the Apple "CoreRecents" framework,
which is private to Apple and has no documented API. I can't say for
sure, but I strongly doubt that Benny would be using it in MM.
I can confirm this. (I don't know if it might be implicitly triggered by
using some other API like the API for the address book.)
