What do these actually do?

They make it easier to go from one of the automated emails sent by these services and to the corresponding webpage. There's a similar bundle for Lighthouse (which is a ticket system used for MailMate). They all use the same key binding (⌃O), but the commands are defined in a way which allows MailMate to figure out which bundle command to use. It would of course be possible to add other types of commands to each of these bundles which could, e.g., close a ticket, but currently they only have the basic functionality of opening a web page.

There are also numerous other types of automated emails for which similar behavior could be added. For some of them it might make more sense to have them in the same bundle (for the sake of simplicity), but for the above (and Lighthouse) it's not unlikely that other types of functionality would eventually be added.
