I've been stuck in that loop for days. hasn't worked any of the times I've tried.

I finally gave up and came back the next day and it was fine. Everything seemed fine on the MailMate side--authentication just kept failing.

Tried updating to the latest test release, but I’m still stuck in an oauth loop (give permission, but then oauth/login dialog pops right back up, and the process repeats for as long as I feel like torturing myself ;) ) Any suggestions?

I'm afraid this is a MailMate bug. Fetch the latest test version: Hold down ⌥ when clicking “Check Now” in the Software Update preferences pane. Then give it a few minutes to resolve by itself. You should be asked to re-authenticate the account.

My company uses Google apps for business :(

Months ago I added my company email account in MailMate. I don’t recall how I did it. I may have imported the account from Mac’s Internet Accounts. I do recall that the source had very “vanilla” / default IMAP settings.

The other day I was forced to change my company Google password. Since then the mailbox / source in MailMate showed (unavailable) and no new mail was incoming.

The box for entering password is not editable.

I tried removing and re-adding the account. Now I don’t see the old email, just an empty source that still says “unavailable”.

Can I buy a clue?
