There are no special key bindings for this (at least not yet). I've previously considered to make it optional for each tag/keyword whether or not it is always applied to the entire thread, but I have not made any progress on that.
For now I have to select each mail in the conversation and it is quite boring ;)
You can use “Edit ▸ Select Thread” to ease the pain. You could also make a key binding for that combined with toggling the flag (`selectThread:`).
