I'm having the same issue as Max.
I have `pygmentize` installed in `/usr/local`.

I don't really know yet if this feature only works for me. It may be a
general issue. I assume Markdown is enabled. Did the bundle ask to
install “pygmentize” and did it actually do it? Try this:
which pygmentize
(Also look out for the `'\'` related issue mentioned in my other
email.)
