Hmm… I just saw that the need to restart to update the smart 
subfolders is not always nessessary. I tagged another mail with a new 
tag and for this tag the corresponding subfolder apperared immediately 
with correct name. But if I set another tag (one out of my previous 
example) to this mail, it is "sorted" into one of the already existing 
(wrongly named) subfolders and the new one dissapears.
