Ah, yes, it now shows a "Tag: Flagged". A good interim solution ;-)

Low-level, the current headers view is customizable, but I'm not too
happy about that (and the headers view in general). I suggest you add
a tag in the “Tags” preferences pane which maps to the IMAP
keyword `\Flagged`. I believe that should then be shown in the
expanded headers view.
