IN part the message ids it was complaining about didn’t seem to exist in the locations you (and the error) noted so that certainly could be the issue. I chose to rebuild based on server download and it seems to be chugging away. SO it;s likely the rebuild from cache was a bad idea - the cache was corrupt.
I’ll report back success/failure. Take a look here, using your email address in place of "Username@FQDN" - ~/Library/Application\ Support/MailMate/Messages/IMAP/"Username@FQDN"/Drafts.mailbox This is where my draft messages are stored. Take a look at the problem message with a text editor; maybe there is something obviously wrong with it. There may be some complications if the drafts are indexed somewhere, and one goes missing. But, you could try moving it out of this directory, then putting it back if need be.
