Hi Kyle, I'm not entirely sure I understand what you're trying to do, but if you're referring to moving mail with alt+cmd+T, then I'd suggest you rename the sources. Of the left column, right click on the source and rename it to what ever you'd like. That way, when moving a message with alt+cmd+T you can easily distinguish between identical mailboxes since the source is different.
