I cannot get that to work. I have tried all the following:
#Tags is not ""
#Tags is not 0
#Tags is not "0"
In all theses cases I see all my messages.
I also added a single tag to a new message in my Inbox and then tried
the following:
#Tags is 1
#Tags is > 0
#Tags is >0
#Tags is "1"
These all showed no messages.
