I would then suggest that you use one or more separate IMAP accounts for long term storage. This would also give you the advantage of easily allowing access to archived messages from more than 1 machine/device. Also note that MailMate supports subscriptions of mailboxes, so you can choose to only sync selected mailboxes to any single machine running MailMate. -- Benny
