Quick fix is to change line 44 in /opt/mailman/venv/lib64/python3.11/site-
packages/readme_renderer/markdown.py from
gfm_extension_options.header_ids = _HEADER_ID_PREFIX
to
gfm_extension_options.header_id_prefix = _HEADER_ID_PREFIX
