Mark, thanks for the prompt reply. Most of the posts on one of the mailinglists, dedicated to astrophotography, have large pictures attached. It would be good to offload these from the database to a bigger HDD for space constraints (DB is running on SSD). I rather like to keep the occasional 'regular' attachments posted on the other mailinglists in the DB.
