That is one of about five hundred lines that can be revealed by invoking:

mailman@localhost:~$ mailman conf

which one can override by editing (wherever your mailman.cfg file is ...
see response to :~$ mailman info)
.../etc/mailman.cfg
which includes in its opening comments a pointer towards:
https://mailman.readthedocs.io/en/latest/src/mailman/config/docs/config.html

There is a lot of information to be organized there, not to mention
providing context which may be crucial for some to understand the
information. You are welcome to share your thoughts on how you wish it
were presented for easier consumption.
