You will install version 3 and then migrate your lists/archives from version 2 into the version 3 install. That, I think is an "upgrade". The recommended installation method is documented here: https://docs.mailman3.org/en/latest/install/virtualenv.html Once you've completed the installation, you need to create the superuser. The command is: ``` mailman-web createsuperuser ``` The username you create here will be used to log in to Postorius.
