I manage a similar setup (though with Exim instead of Postfix), and when migrating from Mailman v2 to v3 kept the same basic settings which seemed to work: notably, under Message Acceptance I set the alias addresses for the list in the Acceptable aliases field. If memory serves, not doing that caused messages addressed to those aliases to be unconditionally held for moderation. -- Jeremy Stanley
