Hi Bobinson , i think the allowed encryption in us is 56-bit[1] , the
56-bit key size can produce 72 thousand quadrillion key combinations
[2] approximately 70,000 billion, and the thinking machine break that
code in few seconds , it can be the worst case time complexity (the
key with max size, can be... :)  )  . I believe "It is estimated the
system performs 70,000 billion operations to decrypt an effective
crypto code in few seconds" is a better way to present the idea.
