I think they are providing ubuntu pre installed laptop.
By "Virus resist" they mean is GNU/Linux is not prone to windows based
viruses.
And 5gb cloud space they offer is nothing other than the 5gb space provided
by Ubuntu one free account.

What they providing is installation and support. All those glittering words
might be to attract newbies.
