He maintains a separate personal site to make it easy for us to differentiate his personal opinion from that of FSF. Look at stallman.org and you can see his comments on so many issues which has no direct relation to Free Software. I'm a Free Software advocate and I don't accept everything that RMS says without question. I think about it on my own and I accept it only if I feel it is right. There is a fanatic hatred towards RMS in many people and this discussion also brings out such hatred to the forefront.
