The file system of Windows and Linux is different . ie why many of the Virus that effects the windows are not effected .
Virus , trojans or anything are all written by good skilled programmers . So if they want to crash something they can . As Althaf mentioned , the users and groups plays a huge role . Pathram arinju vilambuka ennille ? And the core feature is you can change the ports recompile the kernel and make the server . Its not just installing a Linux Kernel or someother software . Great peoples compile source and install and make more secure :) . Any ports can be changed , and its not like MS :) . Thing is you want to know completely what you are doing else ;-) . Its really an awesome feature for those who knows and may be a disaster to others :-) *Hari K T Web Developer ( PHP , Zend framework , Drupal , Joomla , Wordpress and more. catch me @ harikt.com )* On Tue, Dec 21, 2010 at 12:00 PM, <[email protected]>wrote: > Send Mailinglist mailing list submissions to > [email protected] > > To subscribe or unsubscribe via the World Wide Web, visit > > http://mail.ilug-cochin.org/mailman/listinfo/mailinglist_ilug-cochin.org > > or, via email, send a message with subject or body 'help' to > [email protected] > > You can reach the person managing the list at > [email protected] > > When replying, please edit your Subject line so it is more specific > than "Re: Contents of Mailinglist digest..." > > > Today's Topics: > > 1.
