Hari i tried both but didnt work but got a error msg...

Gtk-Message: Failed to load module "globalmenu-gnome":
libglobalmenu-gnome.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or
directory
Cannot register the panel shell: there is already one running.

now what is the real problem i dont get it...
