Hi all , It is a hard issue to analyze. First and the foremost most females who come to the software industry go to Banglaore , Chennai or Hyderbad (through campus placements ). Those who are remaining here work in small companies and they are married off in couple of years time.
The real reason is Women are more ambitious than men. They look for Economic freedom (Either by their own effort or finding a suitable marital match ) and the freedom as we understand here won't be a concern at all to majority (99.99999999999999% ) of them. There are some place we can get members a) Convince "Left leaning" student leaders to join b) Members of this group should advise their spouses,sisters and friends to join A funny note ...!
