Hi Vinay ,
  Sites built with ASP can be easily viewed on other platforms. The problem is 
with the people who developed the site. Targeting a particular 
browser is easy for the development team.

I am sure that ISRO people are not against Free software. It is pure economics 
which might have had the last laugh. if we are interested , 
we can start a application service provider on top of the Grass engine which 
Rashad and all are developing
