Arun good thinking... One more thing, a group of people can surely make a change. More than that an individual can make better changes. So take the initiative youself. Come up with some programs and start doing it. Dont wait for others to join you in the begining, when result start showing ppl wil automatically join you.
Most of the Idustry dignitaries who come to take lectures in my management institute always say that we Indians have a lot of ideas in our head. But very few go ahead by taking the initiative to start working on it. I think may be if we had the initiative part in us we could have had 100's of Linus torvald's here in India itself with our excellent population. So Arun we will not wait for others. If you have something in you mind, count me in for that project..
