ILUGCOCHIN met at 2:00pm at the Internet Club Broadway. The familiar
faces of Adv Hariraj notably missing for the meet. The Agenda was presented by
Anand Gupta, there was very lengthy detailed presentation of the popular apps
which could be used on Linux which had the features of the present popular apps
on other OSes. This was followed by the discussions on setting up a demo on
remote booting by Mr Balakrishnan in the next meeting. Since there were very
few confirmations on interest about attending the remote boot demo for this
meeting, it was suggested that members give more responses as to the demos to
be conducted at the LUG.
LUG member Mr Toshy has offered his premises near the Tripunithura Railway
Station for conducting the classes so long as basic overheads are met.
This ended the meeting for September.
