The only thing I do find is that occasionally TB seems to forget to refresh the folders. I either have to click on the folder to request a re-read, or if I think a lot of folders have changed it can be quicker and easier to just close TB and re-start it. OTOH, I leave it running all night, and a "Get all messages" first thing in the morning usually works fine.
