Hey Daniel, Amazingly conversation threading has worked perfectly fine for me in 10.9.2 I have read that issues with mail still exist and that different people are having different issues in mail still. What is working fine for many is not working for some. Are you using gmail or a different mail provider, as I know most of the issues are with gmail.
