Hi Chris and Richard! I'm running Mountain Kitty still! But I found I had to go to the services menu when just in finder without picking any folder, then opened it from there and I had to allow the item with a check box! Then when I went to my Downloads and opened VO/shift/m and the alert option was now working! Sorry made a bit of a mess with this but I hope you get the idea! And it solves the problem! Colin
