Hello there, I have tried several headphones. The best is still the Plantronics. The good poins are:
1. There is a voice to tell you the amount of time you can talk, 2. Also tells you to which phone it is connected to. I think you can connect to 2 phones. 3. When there is an incoming call, you answer the call with your voice. The two words are either "answer or Ignore" Therefore, it is really hands free. 4. The ear piece does not enter your ear, it just sits on the outside of your ear. Hope it helps. It can pair automatically. There are also audible tones that will let you know when it is connecting or when the battery is too low. Hope that helps. Is there a list somewhere of blind friendly bluetooth headphones/headsets that are compatible with iOS devices and macs? Also, If I happen to use a headset that does not work with VO on my iPhone will VO still have sound output from the speaker on my iPhone but just not on the headphones? Or will the voiceover be completely mute to me? I am on the hunt for a super easy to use headset that will pair very easily where maybe I don't have to type in a code to pair it all the time because I would like a headset that I can use with several devices. Like my Mac, my iPhone and a bluetooth transmitter I am going to purchase that I can stick in the headphone jack for various audio devices in my home. It would be great if it could pair automatically, if that feature even exists. :) Thanks for any help pointing me in the right direction.
