Hi list: I am playing around with DOS in a virtual machine under VMWare Fusion.
I would like to run a DOS screen reader through a serial port. I can add a serial port in Fusion and it outputs to a file. However, I then have to go into terminal and read the file to see what's in there. I tried using the tail command, piping it to say like: tail -f serial.file | say This didn't work, I suppose, because say was not going to speak without an end-of-file. Any other ideas about how I can do this? Thanks! -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MacVisionaries" group.
