HiTeresa, yep have this check box checked and for good measure, I un-checked it and re-checked it again to the same affect. The Voice memos don't get deleted from one device and carry that deleted form to the other. Therefore, I have to lituarly manually delete both sides and I mean everything here. From the phone to the files in iTunes but even then once they've gone from the iTunes library they are still there which then requires me to go to my actual iTunes media folder and delete twice again from this location too.
