Hey all, I have never used Time Machine, but my computer has been backing up to an external drive every day. I am trying to go back 24 hours and access my mail to hopefully recover a lot of mail that I permanently deleted off the gmail server, but had saved in mac mail in folders that are gmail folders so not even sure if this will work, but people in forums claim it will work, so just need to figure out how to use Time Machine. I am opening Time Machine from the extras menu and getting in to a Time Machine window but can't figure out for the life of me how to pick a Time to go to, and how to access mail in Time Machine. Any help would be greatly appreciated . Thanks.
