Can you contact Applevis with examples of these broken links? Use the contact form on the website, and your message will go to the entire website team so they can have a look at what is going on. Sometimes, pages will be taken down if they are deemed to be breaking rules (such as discussions of not-yet-released iOS or OSX updates). Podcasts should all be working, though, so any non-working links you can find would be good to know about. Thank you.
