I for one use quicknav to navigate thru mail. when I go to the message I want I hit enter then press the right arrow once, that will start reading the message. then deinteract and go down or up to read the next message on that thread and interact it then deinteract. that is my method to bypass the whole who is the sender title time and embedded embedded.
