Have you tried listening to the podcasts through appletothecore where that's 
done through garageband?  I think there may be a segment on how to do that 
there.
  I've been meaning to do that too, sense I want to do the same thing, but it 
hasn't been at the top of my priority list, so haven't gotten around to it yet.
