Hi,

Select the list you want to edit and go to the members button and activate 
this. Then, go to the add button and activate this. Then go to the edit field 
and start typing names in. It will often try to autocomplete. When it gets one 
right, press return, if not, just type the twitter name and press return. When 
done VO to the OK button and activate. I am not aware of any restrictions on 
list memberships or subscriptions.
