Hi, For Twitter, YoruFukurou is the best app for Mac, and it's free. For FB a mix of the main and mobile sites can work on the web, but I paid for MenuTab Pro, a neat little menubar app which comes up when you press control-f and basically gives you the website but without having to log in. I use it in desktop mode mainly.
