Well, gestures are different when VO is off. Touching an item is the same as 
double-tap or split-tap. Sliding a finger moves the screen window, like the 
three-finger swipe. Pinching two fingers open or closed zooms out or in. 
Touching an item and holding it until the item changes is the same as 
double-tap and hold.
